Are you looking for commercial studio space in the west end?

There are big changes afoot here, and I'm currently looking to assign the remainder of my studio lease from November 2009 to March 2010.

If you've never been to my studio it's a great 750-ish square foot space with enormous ceilings and tons of industrial detail. Here are pictures.

It's perfect for studio photographers or other creative businesses. 258 Wallace is a small building with great tenants, including fashion and graphic designers and production companies. The price of the studio is about $950 all-in, including a dedicated parking space. You could walk away after March, or renew the lease.
